Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Chiquet Planet Poker games app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cardo Inline (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Commercial service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your Device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your device's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
The user may only take part of an online game or offline mobile game using one user account, unless the respective rules of the game allow for exceptions from this. The simultaneous use of several user accounts by one user is not permitted. Multi-user-accounts such as these may be deleted or banned at the discretion of Cardo Inline’s games.
Users are prohibited from enacting any form of manipulative interference in online or offline mobile games. In particular, users are not entitled to utilize measures, mechanisms, or software that could interfere with the function or progress of the game. Users may not take measures that may cause an unreasonable or excessive burden on technical capacity. Users are not allowed to block, rewrite, or modify content generated by the game administration or to interfere with the game in any other manner.
In the case of extended inactivity, cardo Inline is entitled to delete the inactive user account after a prolonged period of user inactivity - under usual conditions several months of inactivity. Moreover, Cardo Inline is entitled to delete a user account at the end of the contract at its own discretion.
Termination of an account (requested by user) must always be made in writing. Terminations sent via email are considered to have been made in writing. If no email address of the user is provided, or the email sent by Cardo Inline is not received by the user the Termination is still considered legally and rightfully binding.
We have no obligation to provide you with any credit, approval, or compensation for any permitted use of your User Content. You irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding User Content that you may have under any applicable law or under any legal theory.
You may voluntarily submit, or otherwise communicate to us any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, original or creative materials, or other information about Cardo Inline or our Services (collectively, “Feedback”). You understand and agree that we may use such Feedback for any purpose in our sole discretion, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you, including to improve or develop products or services. Cardo Inline will exclusively own all works or improvements based on any Feedback. You understand that Cardo Inline may treat Feedback as non-confidential.
Cardo Inline mobile games include various content that is protected by trademarks, copyrights, or other means for the benefit of Cardo Inline or third parties. Unless explicitly permitted within these general terms and conditions, users may not edit, copy, distribute, publicly reproduce, use for advertising purposes, or use beyond the contractually agreed purposes any of Cardo Inline’s mobile games, or the content or any portion thereof. Only technical copies intended for browsing purposes and permanent copies intended solely for private use shall be permitted. Copyright information ,brand names and logos may not be changed, hidden, or removed.
The term "content" includes all data, images, text, graphics, music, sounds, sound sequences, videos, software programs and codes, and other information provided by Cardo Inline.
Any use of Cardo Inline’s mobile games for commercial purposes, especially advertising purposes, requires the express prior written consent of Cardo Inline.
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any terms of these Terms. These Terms are drafted in the English language. If these Terms are translated into any language other than English, the English version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency unless otherwise required under applicable laws and regulations.
Under no circumstances may users
· Create or use cheats, mods and/or hacks, or any other third party software products that may change the result of the online or offline mobile games.
· Use software that allows the mining of data or otherwise intercepts or collects information in connection to the online and offline mobile games.
· Use virtual items that are being used in online or mobile games outside of the online or offline mobile games, purchase virtual items for "real" money, or sell or swap virtual items.
· Sell, buy, or trade user accounts (colloquially known as "account sitting" or "account-sharing") . This includes all circumvention, similar actions, or actions that produce an effect that matches the aforementioned bans.
· You shall use your account only for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You shall not use the Service for any other purpose.
· You shall not use your account for any illegal activity.
· You shall not use your account to transmit repetitive messages (spam), junk e-mail, advertise and solicit.
· You shall not use any of our services if you do not agree with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or any other policy, and your license to use the services shall immediately terminate.

· Transferring offline chiquet coins to online chiquet coins game or vise versa, both are separated individually of virtual goods and have no any connection in game.
Use our Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our Services or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of our Services in any manner.
· Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display all or portions of our Services, except as expressly permitted by Cardo Inline.
Age Restrictions and Legal Responsibility
As used in this Agreement, “you” or “your” means the individual user interacting with our Services; if such user is under 18 (or the minimum legal age of adulthood in your country), then “you” or “your” means the user’s parent or legal guardian entering into this Agreement on the user’s behalf. You, or any person under your supervision, should only use the Services if you, or the person under your supervision, are above the minimum age rating for the applicable Service. Minors under 18 (or the legal age of adulthood in your country), must ask their parent or guardian to review and explain this Agreement to them, and to agree to this Agreement on their behalf. If you accept this Agreement on behalf of a minor, you should supervise the minor’s use of the Services, including any Virtual Items or Account used by such minor. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you agreed to this Agreement on their behalf, you agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the Services, including any Virtual Items or Accounts, by your child whether or not such uses were explicitly authorized by you. You are legally and financially responsible for all of your actions while using or accessing the Services, including the actions of anyone you allow to access the Services or your Account.
Virtual Goods
means any virtual currency, goods, items, boosts, or effects such as, but not limited to, coins, points, gems, tokens, weapons, vehicles, cards, skins, power-ups, apparel, equipment, trophies, rewards, badges, or any other in-game virtual asset made available, purchased from Cardo Inline’s Games provided by App store or Google play, earned, or otherwise acquired through the Services. Virtual Items are licensed under the terms of this Agreement and nothing herein shall be interpreted as transferring any rights or ownership interest in such Virtual Items to you. Virtual Items are only available to users in certain locations, and, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the relevant App service provider, you may not purchase or use Virtual Items if you are not in an approved location. Virtual Items may only be redeemed for content made available through the Services, which is generally game-specific. Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be used outside of the Services, and may not be sold, transferred or redeemed for real money or items of value outside of the Services unless subject to separate, express written terms provided by Cardo Inline permitting such conduct. We have the right to modify, delete, move, remove, or suspend any Virtual Items at any time with or without notice to you and with no liability of any kind to you. We may limit the total amount of Virtual Items that may be held for any one game or that may be held in your Account in the aggregate. We may limit the period of time during which you may hold or use Virtual Items related to any particular game or other aspect of the Services. Additionally, the price and availability of Virtual Items to purchase or acquire are subject to change. You agree that you have no ownership or other rights in or to any Virtual Items or your Account.
Billing and Payment
Users can play the online and offline mobile games offered essentially free of charge. However, the user can pay money to purchase virtual currency (“Online chiquet coins or offline chiquet coins"), certain virtual features, and other services (together with the "purchasable features") within the context of the online games and offline mobile games. The price for the desired virtual currency appears in euros, US dollars, or in another currency applicable to the user's region. The user can purchase services, advantages or virtual items in the online or mobile game with the premium currency purchased. These purchases are non-transferable and cannot be carried over to other games. Any type of virtual currency, as well as any form of associated services, advantages and virtual items are non-refundable.
Users will receive specific information on the features available for purchase, particularly the function of the feature in question, how long the feature for purchase will be available (if applicable), the respective purchasing price, and the payment method available in the online or offline mobile game.
Users can submit their offers to purchase the available features by selecting the desired item and desired payment method offered in the respective online game or offline mobile game, clicking on the “Buy” button, and thus concluding the order process.
The payment options vary according to the online or offline mobile game, the participant's country, and the technically feasible payment options available in the market. Cardo Inline reserves the right to amend their payment options.
The money is collected via the service provider commissioned by the user for the respective payment process or via a transfer made by the user. For mobile games, money is collected via the respective “App Store” or “Google Play”. In individual cases, the general terms and conditions included by the authorized service provider may be applicable in addition to the general terms and conditions of Cardo Inline.
After completion of the payment process or, in the case of a transfer, after the receipt of the money in Cardo Inline' account, Cardo Inline shall credit the purchased features to the user's account. The credit simultaneously represents that the user has accepted a contract from Cardo Inline regarding the purchase of available features, and services.
The user acknowledges and agrees that all information provided as part of a payment transaction (in particular bank account, credit card number, etc.) is complete and correct.
Cardo Inline retains the right to revise the fees for features available for purchase. This includes cardo Inline’ right to increase or decrease the fees for all individual features in all future cases of purchases of purchasable features.
Statutory interest shall accrue in instances of default. Cardo Inline is also entitled to block the user account, recover further damages, and terminate services.
Should cardo Inline incur back charges or cancellation fees at the fault of the user (including an inadequate account balance), the user shall bear the costs incurred from this.
Right of Withdrawal
through a third-party retailer (like Apple or Google), you should send this communication to that retailer and they will carry out this refund. You can request a refund from Apple and you can request a refund from Google.

Responsible Gaming
Our Purpose of the game that we want you to have a fun, exciting, and entertaining experience while using the Services, it is your responsibility to exercise control over your playtime, spending, and purchases on the Services. Although it’s not part of these Terms.

We want all of our players to play responsibly and feel protected in a safe and enjoyable in-app experience.

Coins, chips, and other virtual currency that may be purchased are only available to improve your gaming experience, for level advancement, and for your enjoyment while engaging with our games.
Artificial Intelligence
Cardo Inline may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) generative AI, or other technologies which may be considered automated decision-marking or profiling, to provide, design, develop, and improve our Services and user experience.
